NAUGARD™ PS 3015 is a BHT-free liquid thermal stabilizer blend for use in polyether and polyester flexible foams. It offers excellent protection to polymers during processing and long-term aging.
NAUGARD™ PS 3015 is a liquid stabilizer blend of phenolic and aminic antioxidants that is engineered for exceptional performance in polyurethanes and polyol formulations. In addition, NAUGARD PS 3015 provides excellent protection against degradation and thermal scorch effects in the manufacturing of flexible polyurethanes.
NAUGARD™ PS 3015 is readily soluble in polyols and offers an effective balance of phenolic and aminic antioxidants to reduce the potential discoloration of products such as flexible foams. Additionally, NAUGARD PS 3015 reduces FOG emissions by 3 times compared to the FOG industry standard for various slabstock polyol and polyurethane applications.
