EXCEBIOL DE-1000
EXCEBIOL DE-1000 is an environmentally friendly PAG-based base material for lubricants. It offers exceptional solubility and viscosity characteristics, maintaining a homogenous mixture in water without risk of separation in low temperatures. EXCEBIOL DE-1000 has a molecular weight of 1000 and a kinematic viscosity of 34 mm²/s at 40℃.
EXCEBIOL DE-1000 is a water-soluble polyalkylene glycol (PAG)-based lubricant base material formulated by Sanyo Chemical as an environmentally friendly alternative to standard synthetic ester, mineral oil, or PAG-based base oils. It provides homogenous dissolution in water, allowing for ease of mixing with low-temperature fluidity and minimized the risk of separation over time. It also exhibits enhanced lubrication properties, with a lubricity of 0.147 µ, which when combined with extreme pressure additives, helps to facilitate the smooth movement of machine parts, reducing damage and wear. It can be used for various applications, including the lubrication of screws, marine energy and power source equipment, and agricultural and construction machinery, in addition to as a mold release agent in the molding and processing field.
