Calcium Stearate FG is the fine-grind and fused grade that offers thickening, anticaking, mold release, stabilizing, and antitack properties.
PMC Biogenix Calcium Stearate FG is a carboxylate formed from stearic acid and calcium oxide. Calcium Stearate FG grade has many potential benefits, such as a mold release agent, flow agent, thickener, anticaking agent, and surface conditioner.
PMC Biogenix Calcium Stearate FG is the calcium salt of hydrogenated fatty acids. This Calcium Stearate grade is provided in a fine-grind powder form and differentiated by the degree of overbasing and apparent density. Calcium Stearate FG grade is a catalyst neutralizer, a thickening agent for lubricants and greases, and an internal lubricant for polypropylene and rigid PVC applications. PMC Calcium Stearate FG can also act as a gelling agent to stabilize the resins and solvents for paints by helping prevent pigments and fillers from settling.
