Pationic® 1042K
Pationic® 1042K is a glycerol ester monostearate (GMS) with 42% alpha-monoester content. Pationic® 1042k is a polymer additive that can be used as an internal mold release or for anti-static agent properties. This product is certified Kosher and Halal.
Derived from natural fats and oils, this is often used as an internal lubricant in PVC, PE, and PP. Plastics additives used in food packaging and containers can benefit through the incorporation of Pationic® 1042k. Furthermore, Pationic® 1042k can also be utilized as an anti-fogging agent, mold release agent, flow modifier, and dispersion agent.
