Silopren™ LSR 4635 SL is a two-component liquid silicone rubber (LSR) that offers longer-lasting lubricating benefits for healthcare molded parts, delayed lubricant surface bloom, and lowers the coefficient of friction.
Momentive performance Silopren™ LSR 4635 SL two-series, self-lubricating liquid silicone rubber grade offers enhanced lubricity in healthcare applications requiring a high-slip surface that can be achieved in traditional silicone elastomer molded parts. After vulcanization, Momentive performance two-component elastomer solution experiences low compression set without postcuring. It also delays lubricant surface bloom to avoid fouling and self-healing of slit valves. Silopren™ LSR 4635 SL benefits injection molding manufacturers who require improved productivity and lubricating performance for molded elastomer parts.
