Trilene FreeFlow® CP-1100
Lion Elastomers Trilene FreeFlow® CP-1100 is a high-viscosity ethylene propylene (EPDM) copolymer similar to Trilene CP-1100 liquid grade but supplied in powder form.
Trilene FreeFlow® CP-1100 is a blend of EPDM and silica in powder form with 68% EPDM and 32% silica. Trilene FreeFlow® CP-1100 offers the same advantages as Trilene® CP-1100 (liquid grade), such as FDA approval and being a nonblooming plasticizer, with the added benefit of being easier to handle since it is supplied as a dry powder. Trilene FreeFlow® CP-1100 offers significant processing advantages in compounds with a high loading of fillers. Trilene FreeFlow® CP-1100 is compatible with various rubber systems, such as EPDM, BR, NR, SBR, and other elastomeric resins. This grade allows for higher processing output, decreased downtime, reduced scrap, and improved functionality.
