Trilene FreeFlow® 65
Trilene FreeFlow® 65 is a dry freeflow polymer powder formulation of Ethylene Propylene (EPDM) terpolymer with 10% diene content. This Trilene grade offers fast and thorough incorporation into various elastomer systems, which exhibits excellent processing advantages when compared to competitors.
Lion Elastomers Trilene FreeFlow® 65 is a blend of EPDM and silica in powder form with 68% EPDM and 32% silica. It is used as an additive in rubber compounds to reduce viscosity. It also acts as a reactive plasticizer in rubber compounds without any significant loss of hardness or other mechanical properties.
The low molecular weight from Lion Elastomers Trilene Freeflow®65 offers significant processing advantages in compounds with a high loading of fillers. Trilene Freeflow® 65 is supplied in a free-flowing powder form, which allows for easier measurement, storage, and handling.
