BONDERITE® S-FN 870 ACHESON is an anti-tarnishing agent that keeps copper and copper alloy surfaces bright.
BONDERITE® S-FN 870 ACHESON (also known as COPPERSHIELD 870) is a copper protective coating comprised of an organic anti-tarnishing agent and a low-viscosity paraffinic oil. The product keeps copper and copper alloy surfaces bright and stain-free and lubricates light-duty metalworking operations, including light stamping and slitting of copper and brass parts. Its oil-based nature makes the product easy to apply in its neat form. Once applied, the base oil evaporates from the metal surface, leaving behind an invisible micromolecular protective film. BONDERITE® S-FN 870 ACHESON can be applied using a felt or cloth wipe or a spray system.
