BONDERITE® S-FN 333 ACHESON is a dryfilm coating made of PTFE and an organic resin binder.
BONDERITE® S-FN 333 ACHESON (previously known as EMRALON 333) is a fluorinated dryfilm lubricant formulated with PTFE, organic resin binder, and solvent. BONDERITE® S-FN 333 ACHESON combines the durability of thermoplastic resin with the frictional performance of PTFE to create a dryfilm lubricant that outperform conventional fluorocarbon coatings in many applications. BONDERITE® S-FN 333 ACHESON demonstrates a low coefficient of friction, superior adhesion and hardness, excellent resiliency, and easy cure. This dryfilm coating lasts longer than pure PTFE, provides enhanced chemical resistance, and can be repaired without removing the existing coating.
