Bonderite® M-ZN 196X (formally known as Bonderite® 196X) is a zinc phosphating agent for metal surface preparation for cold drawing operations. Bonderite® M-ZN 196X® helps provide structured surface protection & retain lubrication in cold forming metal operations.

Applications
Bonderite® M-ZN 196X can be used at a range of treat rates dependent on operating conditions, drawing requirements and more. A recommended treat rate per 100 gallons of Bonderite® M-ZN 196X is (47 lbs. or 2.5 gallons).
