RESOMER® RG 653 H is a high-quality controlled release agent for pharmaceutical applications. It contains a 65:35 blend of d,l-lactide and glycolide with an acid end group and an inherent viscosity of 0.32─0.44 dL/g.
RESOMER® RG 653 H is a bioresorbable excipient from Evonik, formulated for the contolled release of pharmaceutical substances, small molecules, proteins, and more in complex parenteral drug products, such as in-situ depot formulations, long-acting medication delivery systems, and drug-loaded implants. Composed of a blend of 65 mol % D,L-Lactide and 35 mol % Glycolide, RESOMER® RG 653 H complies with FDA, GMP, EHS, DIN ISO 9001, MAF, and DMF regulations.
RESOMER® polymers have been purified for a reduced residual monomer content and are available in various molecular weights and viscosity ranges to meet application needs. All polymer properties can also be adjusted to match formulation requirements.
