RESOMER® RG 502 H is an acid-terminated version of RESOMER® RG 502 lactide-based polymer for pharmaceutical controlled release. RESOMER® RG 502 H is composed of 50 mol % D,L-lactide and 50 mol % glycolide.
RESOMER® RG 502 H is a carefully formulated lactide-based copolymer containing a 50:50 ratio of D,L-lactide and glycolide with a free carboxylic acid end group. It is designed for the controlled release of peptides, proteins, small molecules, and other substances in complex parenteral drug products, microparticles, in-situ depot formulations, drug-loaded implants, and long-acting medication systems.
RESOMER® polymers have been purified for a reduced residual monomer content and are available in various molecular weights and viscosity ranges to meet application needs. All polymer properties can also be adjusted to match formulation requirements.
