MOLYKOTE® 4 Electrical Insulating Compound
MOLYKOTE® 4 Electrical Insulating Compound is an NLGI Grade 2–3, silicone-based, semi-flowable compound with a silica thickener for moisture-proof sealing. It is commonly used in electrical assembly.
MOLYKOTE® 4 Electrical Insulating Compound is a silicone-based greaselike lubricant product that can be used across a broad range of equipment types and applications. MOLYKOTE® 4 Compound provides high dielectric strength and excellent water repellency, making it an ideal solution for moisture-proof seal performance in aircraft, automobile, and marine vehicle ignition systems.
MOLYKOTE® 4 is translucent, odorless, and maintains a semi-flowable, greaselike lubricant consistency across a broad operating temperature range of −40°C to 200°C (−40°F to 392°F).
