Primgreen® Lat 12035 Primer
Primgreen® LAT 12035 is an environmentally sound epoxy acrylate-based primer solution recommended to be applied before coatings to provide excellent adhesion, superior anticorrosion protection, and extend the lifetime of the coating when applied on a variety of substrates.
Primgreen® LAT 12035 is a low VOC epoxy acrylate-based resin solution developed for use as a coating primer for Rilsan® Fine Powders. This water-based primer eliminates all impurities from the surface before coating and creates a chemical bond to provide excellent adhesion, superior anticorrosion protection, and extend the lifetime of the coating when applied on a variety of plastic or metal substrates. It is recommended for applications in contact with water below 50°C such as in the automobile industry or for water transportation. One or more protective undercoats may be applied to obtain a higher-quality coating and provide optimum performance. Primgreen® LAT 12035 is easy to use and applies via spray application with a pneumatic gun or electrostatic spraying technique.
This one-component product has low volatile organic compounds (VOC) and should be applied via a spray gun using compressed air or electrostatic spraying techniques. Primgreen® LAT 12035 is recommended for automobile or water transportation applications in which coatings may contact water below 50°C.
