SoyGold® 2000
SoyGold® 2000 is a water-washable, single-distilled green solvent. SoyGold® 2000 is a bio-based, highly compatible solvent with low VOC and a high flash point. It is blended with a nonionic surfactant (indirect food contact) and TBHQ.
SoyGold® 2000 is a fully bio-based soy methyl ester solvent blended with a nonionic surfactant (indirect food contact) and TBHQ, produced from 100% natural whole soybean oil. SoyGold® 2000 is a single-distilled, effective solvent when used alone as a finished water-washable solvent, but it is also highly compatible with other commonly used solvents.
Due to its low VOCs (as tested by EPA method number 24), SoyGold® 2000 is ideal for use in low-VOC formulations. It can replace d-limonene in most applications and is highly compatible with many other solvents in formulations containing d-limonene, NMP, mineral spirits, and alcohols, with no harsh or strong odor.
SoyGold® 2000 is nontoxic and biodegradable, making it an eco-friendly solution for the environmental challenges of today's solvent users.
