HiTEC® 523
HiTEC® 523 is a low-zinc, anti-wear hydraulic fluid additive package with Denison HF-0 approval.
HiTEC® 523 is an additive package with low zinc for the formulation of anti-wear hydraulic fluids. HiTEC® 523 additive demonstrates Denison HF-0, HF-1, and HF-2 performance in the T6H20C hybrid pump test. This anti-wear hydraulic additive also meets DIN 51524 part II and FZG A/8.3/90 load stage 10 tests, and is approved for Cincinnati Machine P-68, P-69, and P-70 specifications. Afton has engineered HiTEC® 523 additive package with excellent water filterability, yellow metal corrosion protection, rust and oxidation protection, and anti-wear performance as proven by the ISO 20763 (Conestoga) vane pump test. The recommended treat for HiTEC® 523 is 0.6% wt.
