HiTEC® 2588 is a premium rust and oxidation (R&O) lubricant additive package with enhanced filter plugging protection.
HiTEC® 2588 is an ashless rust and oxidation (R&O) oil additive package for high performance hydraulic, turbine, circulating, and compressor oil formulations. HiTEC® 2588 R&O additive extends the life cycle of circulating oil through enhanced oxidative protection, rust control, demulsibility, and filterability. HiTEC® 2588 has been specially engineered for with additives that remove impurities and improve resistance to plugged filters.
When formulated correctly, an oil using HiTEC® 2588 additive meets the following specifications:
