An economical replacement for liquid honey, SweetRight® Honey Powder (formarly Honi-Bake® Dry Honey) is pure honey dried into a free-flowing powder; it can be used in any formulations that requires the unique taste of honey. Replace liquid honey with SweetRight® Honey Powder, approximately pound for pound. When replacing liquid honey in a dough or batter, add an additional one-half pound to one pound of water for each pound of SweetRight® Honey Powder.
