Aculon® NanoProof® 3-08 is a specialty nano-coating containing 8% solids for an ultrathin surface film with excellent hydrophobicity and oleophobicity for printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic components.
Aculon® NanoProof® 3-08 is an advanced nano-coating engineered with an 8% solids formulation for the robust protection of electronic components and printed circuit boards. Applied via brush, spray, flow coat, or dip application methods, Aculon® NanoProof® 3-08 forms a thicker, light-green protective film with an 8%-solids content and excellent resistance to moisture, chemicals, and corrosion.
Aculon® NanoProof® 3-08 also effectively prevents bleed out and spread of epoxies, resins, and underfill materials while providing reliable anti-wetting and anti-stiction performance. Aculon® NanoProof® 3-08 is a direct replacement for 3M Novec 1908 and 3M Novec 2708 for electronic applications.
