¿Cómo encuentro el certificado de exención de impuestos específico de mi estado?

Select your state from the dropdown below to download your tax exempt certificate. The certificates must be made out to chempoint.com and it needs to be signed, dated, and have a tax ID number. Please include your ChemPoint account number, if known. Email the certificate(s) to the ChemPoint Tax Team at taxcert@chempoint.com.
