AlphaGOS® is an innovative, water-soluble galacto-oligosaccharide (GOS) prebiotic naturally derived from field peas (Pisum sativum). Recommended for its ability to boost Bifidobacterium, rebalance gut microflora, and enhance metabolism, this prebiotic is suitable for use in a wide range of food, beverage, and nutritional applications, including RTM powders, tablet capsules, nutritional bars, gummies, and ready-to-drink beverages . It also provides slight sweetening properties with a low glycemic index for dry mixes and dietary supplements.
