How can I get a Bill of lading?

If your order was shipped using ChemPoint Freight, prepay and add service then please reach out to us if you need a copy of your bill of lading at 800.485.9569 / orders@chempoint.com (North America) or +31.43.808.01.90 / ordersEMEA@ChemPoint.com (EMEA).

If your order was shipped using your preferred carrier, contact your carrier or third party billing company to obtain a copy of your BOL.
