ETHANOX 330 Powder - EU
ETHANOX™ 330 Powder is a high molecular weight phenolic antioxidant ideal for a wide variety of applications including elastomers, PE wire insulation, hot melt adhesives, tackifiers and engineering polymers. Similar to ETHANOX™ 330 Granular, but in a powder form.
ETHANOX™ 330 exhibits superior performance over typical high molecular weight antioxidants in controlling degradation in polyolefins during processing. It is compatible with a wide variety of resins and most polymer additives.
ETHANOX™ 330 is stable at high temperatures, and is electrically neutral, making it a particularly effective antioxidant for PE wire insulation.
Antioxidants with ester linkages (ie. AO 1010 and 1076) hydrolyze easily. ETHANOX™ 330 does not have these linkages resulting in superior hydrolysis resistance. This is particularly valuable in applications such as piping or wire & cable when exposed to water.
As a non-migratory antioxidant, ETHANOX™ 300 is the only high molecular weight phenolic antioxidant approved by the FDA for indirect food contact use in all polymers.
Specifications
