BONDERITE® L-MR 77-4 is a cutting fluid that is suitable for general machining of aluminum, all types of steel, and cast iron. Additionally, it can be used to co-machine brass and copper, among other materials. It has a semi-transparent appearance and is water-miscible. Thanks to its patented emulsifier system, it has a long lifespan and is highly stable even in hard water conditions. Bactericides are typically unnecessary during the lifetime of the emulsion.

BONDERITE® L-MR 77-4 is designed to create a finely dispersed emulsion that works well with various types of water.
It is free of EP-additives that contain Cl, S-, and P, as well as formaldehyde-releasing agents.
Additionally, it has high hard water stability and lubricity, which helps to extend the life of tools and reduce overall process costs.
The emulsion also has excellent cleaning performance, which keeps machines clean and reduces maintenance costs.
There is no need to add bactericides throughout the emulsion's lifetime. Furthermore, the long emulsion lifetime, combined with low topping-up concentrations, significantly reduces product consumption.
BONDERITE® L-MR 77-4 is a water-miscible cutting fluid for medium to heavy-duty machining of aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, high alloyed steel, and all other types of steel.
Brass and copper, etc. can be co-machined in a material mix as well.
