BONDERITE® C-AK 2260
BONDERITE® C-AK 2260 known as Ridoline 2260 is a liquid, alkaline, multifunctional cleaner for metal surfaces. In combination with specific additives, BONDERITE® C-AK 2260 can be used for many industrial applications.
Several caustic ingredients found in BONDERITE® C-AK 2260 provide the bath a high capacity for saponifying animal and plant fats and assure strong electrical conductivity. Additionally, BONDERITE® C-AK 2260 has a high concentration of complexing agents, which enables the sequestering of dissolved metallic ions and prevents their re-deposition. Furthermore, they prevent adverse effects from limestone from the bathwater.
By changing the work parameters, BONDERITE® C-AK 2260 can be used on both ferrous materials and copper alloys; on the other hand, it cannot be used on light materials like aluminum, zinc, etc. BONDERITE® C-AK 2260 is typically helped by an appropriate cleaning agent when used as a spray or dip.

Features & Benefits
BONDERITE® C-AK 2260 performs excellent dissolving action on phosphatic coatings, even high-weight ones.
Normally used in the anodic phase for steel and copper materials, BONDERITE® C-AK 2260 can also be used in the cathode phase, cathode-anodic phase, and in inverted systems.
Assisted by a specific detergent additive, BONDERITE® C-AK 2260 ensures rapid and complete removal of surface pollutants when used at the following conditions: Spray / Immersion.
BONDERITE® C-AK 2260 ensures rapid removal of many paint, liquid, powder, or electrophoretic types. The combination with specific additives (such as BONDERITE S-ST 5941 IT) speeds up the paint stripping operation and must be discussed with Our Technical Service.
Due to its complexing and caustic components BONDERITE® C-AK 2260 can be used for cleaning and descaling tanks and crystalline phosphate plants.
