Capromer™ PD1-20
Capromer™ PD1–20 is a polycaprolactone based polyester polyol for polyurethane based coatings. The difunctional product is based on Neopentyl glycol with a molecular weight of 2000. It is used where the unique combination of properties including hydrolytic stability, excellent weatherability, good dynamic characteristics, and outstanding low temperature flexibility is desired. PolyCLO products are designed for the use in cast and TPU elastomers, adhesives, reactive diluents, and resin intermediate.
Capromer™ polycaprolactones are specialty polyols for high performance polyurethane applications. Due to the manufacturing process from BASF's, their polynols are of high purity with low catalist levels for consistent reactivity of the polyurethane reaction.
Capromer polyols also provide great low temperature flexibilityfor thermoplastic elastomers used in technical application and coatings. Moreover, they are used where high hydrolytic stability is required together with good light-fastness and exhibit a very low melting viscosity for easy processing of polyurethane elastomers.
Last but not least, Capromer are perfect for textile, leather and coating applications.
