BELLEVUE, Washington, January 8, 2009 -- Univar, a world leader in chemical distribution, today announced that it has appointed Christophe Jeusse as chief financial officer – Europe.
Jeusse brings extensive international experience in finance to his new role with Univar. Most recently, he was the chief financial officer with Adecco Australia/New Zealand and South East Asia, a Fortune Global 500 company. During his eight years with Adecco, Jeusse held progressively senior management positions including senior vice president finance and operations for North America and internal audit and risk management director for the Adecco Group. He was able to help the company grow sustainable profits through financial management, cost containment, and business and process improvements.
Jeusse will report to both Steve Nielsen, Univar’s chief financial officer, and John van Osch, Univar’s group senior vice president – Europe. As a member of van Osch’s leadership team, Jeusse will be a key leader responsible for Univar’s growth and expansion in Europe. |
